Liquid Filter Bag Quality

Being a renowned enterprise, we at Filter Concept Private Limited, focus on offering top-notch products to our esteemed clients. We have a skilled team of technicians who have years of experience in this domain. Our dedicated team members are committed to delivering the optimum quality products, and therefore, each of our liquid filter bags undergoes inspection before they are listed out in the market.
We never compromise on the quality, and this is indeed the reason we follow a step by step approach to ensure the quality of the liquid filter bags. Following is the rundown of different stages of inspection the liquid filter bag undergoes.

Incoming Material Inspection

First of all, we verify the type of media with the client so that we can begin the process. After that, we check on the basic dimension of the media roll. Our process continues with media test sample marking and cutting for testing. Finally, the marking on the media roll is done, and then testing of the sample for the traceability of material is executed.

Media Testing

The next stage in the process of inspection is media testing. It is done by taking many parameters into consideration. The weight of the media is checked in terms of grams per square meter (GSM). The thickness of the media is measured, which determines the dimension between the lower and upper side of the media. Following are few major parameters for which the media is tested:

It is checked for the air permeability, in order to know how well the media will let the air pass through it.

  • Tensile strength (both direction), which is defined as stress, is also tested to determine the maximum load it can withstand without any fracture when elongated or stretched.
  • Tear strength (both direction) testing of the media is done to check how the media will hold up the effects of cuts or tearing when it is exposed to the tension.
  • Porosity of the media is also checked in order to ensure its top quality, and after that, it is set off to the following stage.

In-process Inspection

Next stage is the in-process inspection, which is also known as time-based inspection and it is done to keep track of the result for an in-process quality check. Before the fusing activity, the following things are taken into consideration, which are:

  • Media roll set up checking on fixture
  • Joint set up checking for the long seam of media
  • Parameter setting and checking for fusing

This process further involves media to media long ultrasonic fusing joint strength, bottom ultrasonic fusing joint strength, pp ring to media ultrasonic fusing joint strength, marking and dimensions checking of the bag.

Final Inspection

When all these inspections are done, the media then begins its journey for the final inspection. In this, the media undergoes the final visual inspection and packing inspection. When our technicians are fully sure of the quality of the product, we set it for the market release.
